For business clients, VEP has either independently or as a sub-contractor to a larger consulting group worked with >50 corporate clients, on transactions ranging from a small start-up in telecommunications to a >$5 billion strategic alliance in travel reservation systems.
For financier clients, VEP has likewise worked with >30 private equity or structured finance clients, on >200 transactions ranging in scale from a $2 million acquisition of a Catalonian sign manufacturer (which was sold on for $20 million inside 2 years) to the $13 billion bid for BAT in 1989 (which was highly remunerative to the principals).
