- For a European private equity house, he led the team that assessed the business risks and opportunities of acquiring a leading European publisher of reference information and professional journals.  The vendor withdrew the business for sale

- For a UK venture capitalist, he led the team that screened the business risks and opportunities of investing in a telemarketing and call centre business positioned at the higher value added end of the range.  The client was advised to withdraw

- For a European private equity house, leading the team that assessed the business risks and opportunities of acquiring a leading European producer of blood plasma derivatives and other medical supplies.  The transaction was completed successfully
